At Booking: 30% deposit (non-refundable) + signed contract reserves your date.
Midway Point: 45% payment due halfway between booking and your event.
21 Days (3 Weeks) Before Event: Final 25% balance due.

(If you choose to pay 100% upfront, the initial 30% remains non-refundable).

*Half Day Rentals Include the use of one area only. The rental time includes set up and take down. Morning rentals are 8am - 2 pm or afternoon rentals are 4pm-10pm. All Day rentals allow access to the property 10 am - 10pm. See included amenities below.

The Gård

The Garden connects the venue’s gathering spaces with a beautiful outdoor setting for every part of your celebration. Featuring a paver patio for dining and dancing, a veranda altar for ceremonies, a pond for photos, a swingset for kids, and a serving area for food and drinks, it offers a space for guests of all ages to gather and create memories.

The Sage Room

The Ceremony Room connects seamlessly to the breezeway, creating a beautiful setting to say “I do” before transitioning effortlessly into the next part of your celebration.

The Cottonwood Room

Formally known as the “Cultural Hall” or “Gym,” the Gathering Hall is the oldest part of the building and carries a rich history of community and celebration. Over the years, it has hosted hundreds of dances, community gatherings, games, and weddings. Today, it serves as a beautiful space to share a meal, enjoy a first dance, and create unforgettable memories.
