We want every detail of your event to be thoughtfully considered and beautifully executed. All of our full-day rentals include essentials like tables, chairs, linens, centerpieces, and access to dishware, set-up, take down, with additional add-ons available to help create a truly one-of-a-kind experience.

Signage ($75-$500)

From entryway signage to seating charts, we’ve got you covered. Choose from a variety of details to help guide your guests and bring your event together, including entryway signs, reserved seating, seating charts, table signage, and more.

Centerpieces $250

For half day rentals, enhance your event with a variety of table centerpiece options to help bring your event to life.

Event Coordination ($1200)

Let the Blackstone team take care of the details so you can enjoy your event. From the early planning stages through the final send-off, we’ll work alongside you to bring your vision to life and ensure everything runs smoothly.

Our team will help develop the overall design and aesthetic of your event, create and manage detailed timelines and planning checklists, coordinate with vendors, plan the layout and flow of the event, and oversee the setup and execution on the day of your event.

Whether you need help bringing your vision together or simply want someone else to manage the details, our team will be there to make sure your plans are thoughtfully organized and beautifully executed from start to finish.

Christmas Decorations ($400)

Whether it's for a family Christmas party or a corporate event, add 2 fully decorated Christmas trees, centerpieces, and holiday decor to your event.

Dishware $350

We'll do the dishes! We will provide bowls/plates, silverware, and glasses for each of your place settings. For $150 we can do just cups, plates/bowls, or silver. (Does not include serving dishes)

Set Up and Take Down ($250)

For Half Day rentals, we’ll handle setup and takedown. When your rental ends, simply take any personal items you brought with you—we’ll take care of the rest!

Table Linens ($175)

For Half Day rentals, we will include table linens for all of the tables.
